With over two decades of experience in strategic management consulting and project management, she now works internationally as a trainer, coach, and author. An External Verifier for the triple-accredited EM Normandie Business School, Emanuela has supported organisations since 2023 in embedding AI responsibly within project environments. Her passion for ethical and practical AI governance led to the development of the AIPGF, reflecting her commitment to advancing value-driven AI adoption.
